Our Key Priorities

Protect Against Overdevelopment
Protect our town from overdevelopment by promoting responsible, balanced growth that preserves our neighborhoods, reduces congestion, and keeps our community a great place to live.

More Social Programs
Create a volunteer snow-shoveling program that connects neighbors with local seniors, helping keep their sidewalks and driveways clear, safe, and accessible throughout the winter.

Meet
FRANK PELLINO
I am a lifelong Ridgefield resident who believes that public service begins with giving back to the community you call home. I graduated from Ridgefield Memorial High School, Class of 2013, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University before beginning my career in the digital advertising industry.
Creating opportunities for others is a passion of mone, I am the Founder and President of the Stephen Pellino Scholarship Foundation. We are a local nonprofit that has awarded more than $30,000 in college scholarships to graduating Ridgefield Memorial High School seniors. Through the Foundation, I have worked to invest in Ridgefield's future by helping local students pursue higher education.
My commitment to service is deeply rooted in my family's history. My late father, Stephen Pellino, proudly served Ridgefield for decades as Borough Attorney, while my grandfather, Frank Pellino Sr., a military veteran, dedicated countless hours to the American Legion and the Ridgefield Free Public Library. Inspired by their example, I have always believed that serving your community is one of life's greatest responsibilities.
From coaching recreation basketball for local youth to leading a nonprofit that gives back to Ridgefield families, I have always looked for ways to make a positive difference. Now, I am ready to continue that commitment as a member of the Ridgefield Borough Council.
I am running to ensure every resident has a strong voice in local government. I believe in thoughtful, compassionate leadership that listens first, makes informed decisions, and always puts the best interests of Ridgefield first. I am committed to keeping taxes stable, supporting our local small businesses, protecting the character of our neighborhoods, and standing up to overdevelopment that doesn't reflect the values of our community.
Serving on the Borough Council isn't about politics—it's about giving back to the town that has given so much to me and my family.
